As I am sure you all know, OMGWTF of This Is A Fawn and Radio Signals have set up an amazing skybox filled with incredible one of a kind items, the proceeds of which all go to the Haiti Red Cross fund. please, it's such a small thing, but with so many of us, we can give something so substantial to people in need. Robotic <3

So today I went wandering around the Harold sim, taking pics for the Starlust Flckr contest, and I loved my outfit so much I had to blog it! It all revolves around these two gifts from Reek! - the huggable robot from the Feed Your Head hunt, and the little guy sitting on my shoulder (0L group giftie from the 4th of July - still available to subscribo members I believe). Technically it attaches to your head, but I just did a quick prim adjustment. I can't get over their cuteness! Totally adorable...


All the pictures I have taken here were pictures for the contest (2 I used, 2 I decided to put here). I'm all for the two birds with one stone yaddayadda. So, they were taken around the Harold sim, and I had a lot of fun doing them! All of the poses (aside from the last pic - that's my Line AO) are from (pda).


The rest of my outfit consists of *anuenue's Plaid Half Pants (150L prev blogged), Reek's Ouch! bandaids (99L/fatpack), their Batman Belt of awesome (175L prev blogged LOTS) and their Hidden Temple tee (150L/fatpack - I'm wearing the Faded Orange Iguanas - remember the Nick TV gameshow?? heehee). Summertime Is On Its Way

Today I was inspired by the beautiful weather I got to enjoy this weekend, which i forgot was the long weekend in the States O.o I have been gone too long from the US, I think. I wandered around place I'd hadn't been before, ot hadn't explored properly., giving myself a little SL vacation. There won't be alot of talkytalky as I am super tired, but I have two looks for you taday, both revolving around my new Gritty Kitty hair, Bilirubin (150L/colour, texture change scripted).

This first look involves a few old favourites (my UBU kicks, Aitui armtubes, and Sh*t Happens tube socks), mixed with a couple of gems I've not blogged before. I've got on the perfect retro terrycloth shorts from BOOM (0L part of the daily gift hunt a few weeks back), and the Dandelion tee from Aitui (0L Crush Row Thanksgiving Hunt gift believe it or not - I was saving this for the summer. Dandelions are summer for me.) The second pose is part of that incredible older pose pack from PIDIDDLE.

Next up, I am wearing the first outfit I ever bought from Gypsy Soul - Jersey (300L manymany layering options as always). I'm not wearing the leggings because that seemed to wintry for what I wanted. I also have on her Whimsy Socks (100L/4 colours).

So that is basically it for this look - vacation simple. I have the kicks I've previously blogged, as well as the necklace from Violet Voltaire in both shots. I'm never taking it off.
